QR Refresh — from the SPS export
Update prices & product status on every QR label from one Product Information export
How it works: export Product Information from Stone Profits (the full MASTER
or filtered by one supplier — both work), drop the file below, review the changes, publish.
- Only what is in your file is touched. A one-supplier export updates that supplier only — every other QR stays exactly as it is. A product missing from the file is NOT treated as gone.
- Prices refresh, statuses sync. Items you inactivated or discontinued in SPS show "Currently unavailable" when scanned; reactivated items come back automatically.
- New materials CAN be created — with your review. Active products in the file that have no QR yet are proposed in a review list (nothing publishes unchecked). A new color = a new QR to print; a new size/finish of an existing color joins that color's existing QR — its printed label never changes.
- Nothing is ever deleted or duplicated. Existing QR codes, printed labels and their links never change. A SKU already covered anywhere is never added twice.

2 Drop the SPS export
Products > Product Information report > export to Excel (.xls or .xlsx). You can drop more than one file (e.g. two supplier exports) — they are combined.
