Deliveries

For pickups/dropoffs that aren't SPS delivery tickets — returns, moving material between fabricators, consignment pickups. The driver gets it on the iPad and can check it off, add notes/photos, and capture a signature on a generated receipt. It never touches SPS or invoicing.

Instructions for the driver

Contact email for a signed copy (optional)

Notes to the driver and any reported issue go with the stop. The receipt is printed again with the new truck and day. A stop that is already delivered cannot be moved.

Contractor / fabricator emails the driver can pick on the iPad instead of typing. A contact can hold several addresses — separate them with a semicolon, e.g. sam@shop.example; office@shop.example — and everyone listed gets the signed PDF. Emails typed on the sign screen appear here automatically — give them a name so the list is easy to read. Deleting removes the email from the iPad suggestions too.
